The DAB CM2 32-800 T (code 60209863) is a single dry-rotor in-line pump: suction and delivery ports are aligned, so it fits straight into the pipeline. It circulates water in air-conditioning and heating systems of commercial and residential buildings, including circuits with solar collectors, and handles mixtures with up to 50 % glycol.

Design

• pump body and adapter in cast iron EN GJL250, DN 32 flanges for PN 10 and PN 16 with threaded ports for test pressure gauges
• stainless steel AISI 316 shaft, SiC/SiC mechanical seal to DIN 24960 with EPDM O-rings
• standard 320 mm port-to-port length that allows one-for-one replacement of an older pump
• extraction screws make installation and servicing easier while protecting the impeller; the hydraulics meet the MEI ≥ 0.4 requirement

Motor and performance

The four-pole, air-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor has an output P2 of 0.37 kW (0.50 HP), a maximum power input P1 of 0.46 kW and a rated current of 2.3 A at 3 × 230 V or 1.3 A at 3 × 400 V. Protection IP 55, insulation class F. At zero flow the pump reaches 7.9 m, at 10 m³/h 6 m, and the curve ends at 22 m³/h. The pump weighs 27 kg.

Operating conditions

The liquid must be clean, free of solid and abrasive particles, non-viscous, non-aggressive and non-crystallising, at a temperature of −15 to +140 °C. Maximum operating pressure 16 bar, ambient temperature up to +50 °C. The pump is installed in a fixed horizontal or vertical position with the motor on top. Electrical protection of the motor must be provided by the user, and the connection should be made by a qualified electrician. The range also includes the twin version DCM2.
