The DAB E.SWIM 150 (code 60194426) is an electronic pump with an integrated high-capacity pre-filter for water circulation and filtration in private pools. The brushless synchronous motor with permanent magnets is controlled by a frequency converter and cooled by the pumped water – it needs no fan, so it runs very quietly and can be installed in smaller rooms with little air exchange. According to the manufacturer, one model covers the performance of four conventional pumps from 0.5 to 1.5 HP.

The hydraulics are made of glass-fibre-reinforced technopolymer and the filter lid of transparent polycarbonate; the filling and drain plugs can be removed without tools and the base stands on anti-vibration rubber feet. The pump also handles water with a high chlorine or bromine content, treated with PHMB or by electrolysis. It is installed in a fixed horizontal position; the 2"/50–63 union kit is available as an accessory. Leave the electrical connection to a professional.

Why is the E.SWIM 150 so quiet?
Its permanent-magnet motor is cooled by the pumped water and therefore needs no fan. At medium load the noise level is 50 dB(A).
