The DAB EVOPLUS LITE SAN 60/180-25 (code 60218215) is a wet-rotor electronic circulator with a pump body cast in bronze. It is therefore intended above all for recirculating domestic hot water in residential and commercial buildings. In constant temperature mode the circulator itself keeps the water temperature in the recirculation pipe, so no thermostatic valves are needed in the loop.

Design

Synchronous motor with permanent-magnet rotor, technopolymer impeller and aluminium shaft running in graphite bearings lubricated by the pumped water. The electronics are separated from the motor and cooled by air circulation.

Model 60/180-25 has a 1 1/2" threaded connection. The port-to-port length is 180 mm and the maximum head 6.1 m. The circulator runs on single-phase 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, draws at most 98 W (0.78 A) and has an energy efficiency index of EEI ≤ 0.20. The sound pressure level does not exceed 33 dB(A). The EVOPLUS LITE SAN range also includes other head sizes and flanged DN 32 and DN 40 versions.

Operating conditions

The pumped liquid must be clean, free of solids and mineral oils, non-viscous and chemically neutral. Liquid temperature −20 to +110 °C, maximum operating pressure 16 bar, ambient temperature up to +40 °C. The circulator is installed with the motor shaft horizontal. Protection IPX4, insulation class F. Have the electrical connection made by a qualified person.
