The DAB NGPANEL 100-575V 12A 1-3PH 2P (code 60211088) is an electronic control panel for controlling and protecting two pumps in domestic, commercial and agricultural systems. It is used for sludge removal, emptying tanks and filling them (transfer pumping). It switches the pumps automatically based on float switches, level probes or an immersion depth sensor.

Setup and operation

The graphic display with a multilingual wizard guides you through setup in a few steps – according to the manufacturer, in 5 minutes. You select filling or emptying mode and the type of level detection; the alarm history is stored. The panel has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so settings, control and notifications are available on a smartphone or tablet via the DConnect app and service. If there is no Wi-Fi on site, the DAB Wi-Fi Modem Kit is used, powered from the USB port inside the panel. Modbus RTU (RS485) is available for supervisory systems.

The self-extinguishing thermoplastic enclosure is rated IP55 (NEMA 3R) and operates at ambient temperatures from −10 to +50 °C up to 1000 m altitude. The start capacitor for single-phase pumps is available as an accessory and is mounted directly in the panel. The panel is wall-mounted; wall plugs are not included. The connection must be made by a qualified electrician.
