The DAB NKM-G 40-250/260/A/BAQE/3/4 (code 1D2411B7X) is a single-stage standardised pump in compact close-coupled design with a volute casing and adapter in cast iron. The cast iron impeller is dynamically balanced and axial thrust is compensated by balancing holes. The pump is used for water transfer in industry, hot water circulation in central heating, in air-conditioning and cooling systems, in agricultural irrigation and in pumping stations.
Motor
The standardised enclosed three-phase asynchronous motor MEC 100 L in B5 form, cooled by ambient air, is four-pole (1450 rpm). Rated output P2 is 3 kW (4 HP), supply 400 V in delta connection, rated current 6.8 A. The shaft runs in heavy-duty ball bearings, protection IP55, insulation class F. The motor must be protected against overload.
Hydraulics and connection
At zero flow the pump reaches 23.3 m, at 12 m³/h 22.8 m, at 24 m³/h 20.8 m and at 30 m³/h 19 m. The suction flange is DN 65, the delivery flange DN 40, flanges PN 16 to DIN 2533.
