Decentralized ventilation unit with heat recovery IVAR.ASPIRCOMFORT CLASS 620H Wi-Fi – 620 m³/h
Code: IVAP20048WProduct detailed description
IVAR.ASPIRCOMFORT CLASS 620H Wi-Fi (code IVAP20048W) is a decentralized ventilation unit with heat recovery intended for horizontal installation. It ensures controlled air exchange in classrooms, offices or workshops, removes moisture and odors while saving heating energy. It is particularly suitable for individual rooms where a conventional duct system is not possible.
Construction and Equipment
- self-supporting sheet metal frame with internal polyethylene thermal and sound insulation
- two counterflow plate heat exchangers made of polypropylene, operation down to an outside temperature of -25 °C
- centrifugal EC fans with forward-curved blades and continuous speed control (2 + 1 pcs), 4 speeds
- pleated filters of class ePM1 70 % with low pressure loss, removable after removing the lower panels
- bypass with motorized damper for free cooling, frost protection, filter clogging indication
- air connection 2 × Ø 250 mm, condensate drain 20 mm
Control
A control panel with a touch display and Wi-Fi module IVA1591008 is required for operation and must be ordered separately. The panel has sensors for temperature, relative humidity and air quality, which automatically adjust the speed, and via Wi-Fi it allows control through an app. The unit is connected using a 4-core cable – a 10 m cable with a connector is included in the delivery.
Installation
The unit is mounted on a wall or ceiling close to the perimeter wall with direct outward openings, or up to 8 m away using a duct. It is installed in rooms with temperatures from 0 to 45 °C, not in bathrooms or toilets. The condensate drain must have a trap, a slope of at least 2 % and lead to a non-freezing environment. The packaging includes external grilles with self-closing dampers marked IN and OUT, 2 connectors and 2 clamps Ø 250 mm and a wall/ceiling bracket. Connection to 230 V and commissioning should be carried out by a qualified technician.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the controller part of the delivery?
No. The unit does not operate without a control panel, so you need to order the panel with Wi-Fi module IVA1591008 separately. The 10 m connecting cable with connector is included with the unit.
Do you need to run ventilation ducts to the unit?
It is not necessary. The unit can be installed directly on the perimeter wall with openings to the outside, or it can be placed further away and connected with a duct of Ø 250 mm with a maximum length of 8 m.
Where is the condensate drained?
The condensate is drained from the left side of the unit into the sewer or outside; the drain must have a trap, a slope of at least 2 % and must not freeze.
How is the unit maintained?
The ePM1 filters are vacuumed or replaced after removing the lower panels. The manufacturer recommends checking the heat exchanger once a year and cleaning it if necessary – this work is carried out by a qualified technician.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
