    Ventilation units

    SMARTY central ventilation units with a counterflow plate heat exchanger exchange the air in apartments, family houses and passive houses and preheat the fresh air with heat from the extract air. The P versions for ceiling mounting and V versions for wall mounting have an air flow of 182 to 573 m³/h, the E versions an enthalpy exchanger and the PH ceiling-mounted models a 1 kW preheater.

    • What is the difference between IVAR.PROFI-AIR FLEX and IVAR.BT? The PROFI-AIR FLEX range (250, 360) consists of central units with LAN/WLAN control, while the IVAR.BT range (2.5F, 3.5F, 4.8S) consists of compact units with DC fans for variable air flows.
    • What is the summer by-pass function? It allows the heat recovery exchanger to be bypassed during warm months, ventilating directly with outdoor (cooler) air without heat transfer.
    • Can the unit be controlled remotely? Yes, models with a LAN port and a WLAN router allow control and monitoring via a PC or network.
