The Vaillant uniTOWER system (in the plus and Split plus versions) is a compact hydraulic module in the shape of a tower with a footprint comparable to a standard refrigerator, which in one housing combines a hot water tank with a volume of 190 l, a complete heating hydraulic system, a backup electric heater and a control unit. The module is connected in the aroTHERM / aroTHERM plus / aroTHERM Split system to the external (or internal, in the Split version) unit of the air-to-water heat pump and is responsible for the distribution of heat to the heating circuit and the preparation of hot water. Precisely because most of the components are integrated directly in the tower body, Vaillant offers a range of supplementary, connecting and service parts for the module, which allow the hydraulic system to be adapted to a specific installation – ceiling height, side of connection, need for hot water circulation or additional hydraulic separation of circuits.
