FRESIA Sense ERVQ-B150-1B1(H02) is a wall-mounted heat recovery unit that supplies filtered fresh air into the room and at the same time removes stale air. Unlike window ventilation, it recovers most of the heat – the enthalpic membrane heat exchanger has an efficiency of up to 82 % and also returns part of the moisture to the interior, so the air does not dry out in winter.

A strong feature of the model is the purity of the supplied air. The outside air passes through a coarse filter G3, a fine filter F5, a HEPA H10 filter with a declared efficiency of 99 %, and an activated carbon filter. It captures pollen, fine dust and street odours, so Sense is appreciated by allergy sufferers and households near busy roads.

The built-in CO2 sensor monitors air quality and automatically increases or decreases performance. The display shows CO2 concentration, temperature and relative humidity. The fan has 8 speeds, maximum airflow 150 m³/h at a power consumption of 35 W; noise level varies between 22.6–37.9 dB(A) depending on the speed, the sound power level according to the label is 39 dB. Energy class A.

The unit is intended for apartments, family homes, offices and smaller commercial spaces where there are no HVAC ducts and there is no space to add them. It roughly ventilates a room with an area of 15–50 m².

Installation

• The unit is mounted on a mounting panel on the external wall.
• Two pipes Ø90 × 500 mm run through the wall, two core drill holes Ø100 mm are recommended.
• Pipe connection is possible from the back or the side – depending on how the room is arranged.
• Unit dimensions 450 × 155 × 660 mm (W × H × D), weight 10 kg, protection class IPX2, power supply 220–240 V AC.

Operating modes and control

Manual, Auto (according to CO2), Timer, Sleep and three fast filtration modes PURE L / PURE M / PURE H, when you need to quickly clean the air in the room. It can be controlled by a touch panel on the unit, the included remote control or via a mobile app through Smart Life / Tuya.

Common questions

What is the difference compared to FRESIA Element?
Sense has a higher airflow (150 m³/h), multi-stage filtration with HEPA and automatic regulation according to CO2. Element is a smaller unit for one room with a focus on the lowest possible consumption.

How is it maintained?
Filters and the heat exchanger are regularly cleaned or replaced – the interval depends on the pollution of the outside air and the length of operation.

Can it replace central heat recovery?
Yes, in one room or zone. The number of units for the whole apartment or house must be designed according to the area, number of people and required air exchange.
