The PAW.MV40 – MV3 (code 4113) is a horizontal distribution manifold for three heating circuits with PAW.HEAT BLOC DN 40 boiler modules mounted on top. One heat source or a PAW.HD hydraulic separator is connected to it. Inside there are two separate chambers for flow and return whose streams cross – the pipes are therefore connected according to the V (flow) and R (return) markings.

Technical design

• heat source connection via DN 50 / PN 6 flange, three module outlets with DN 40 / PN 6 flanges at 160 mm centre distance
• 1" female side thread in the end face and 2" female bottom thread, both plugged
• Kvs 59.6 m³/h with three outlets, max. 6 bar and +110 °C
• brass body, EPDM/NBR seals, installation height 179 mm
• EPP insulation 190 mm high, overall width 1060 mm

Scope of delivery and installation

Supplied with manifold body, end closure, plugs, gasket with bolts for the DN 50 flange and thermal insulation. The manifold is fixed on PAW.DR 41651 wall brackets or PAW.DR 41671 floor stands, ordered separately. During installation do not swap the end cap with the flow flange and do not turn the end caps through 90° – otherwise flow and return water would mix unintentionally.

How many boiler modules can be connected to manifold 4113?
Three PAW.HEAT BLOC DN 40 modules – this is the MV3 version. The PAW.MV40 range also includes MV2 for two and MV4 for four modules.

Are the brackets included?
No. The DN 40 manifold is mounted on PAW.DR 41651 wall brackets or PAW.DR 41671 floor stands, which are ordered separately.

What should be watched during installation?
Flow and return cross inside the manifold, so connect the pipes according to the V and R markings and do not swap the end cap with the flow flange. The end caps must not be turned through 90°.
