Hello, we have a new ecoTec plus boiler and cannot manage to set summer mode. When we follow the manual, only the pressure value is displayed. How do we get to the point of turning the heating temperature down until it reads Off? Thank you

Good day, I have had a turbotec pro vuw sk 242/3-3m r1 gas boiler for about 3 years, used irregularly. After start-up the heating system comes on, but after approx. 1 min it switches itself off – the display shows the message S 7. After a restart the same thing keeps happening. I have topped the water up to a pressure of 1.6. Thank you

Hello, we have a Vaillant system to which we need to connect a VFK 900 collector. The heating engineers will connect it for us, but we do not have rafter anchors. Our roof tiles are Bramac Clasic. Can you tell me which type of rafter anchor goes with this type of tile? We bought the Vaillant in Trenčín (November 2008). I tried to find out and order it in Trenčín through the dealer who arranged the Vaillant for us, but he is ignoring us – after a week I called him again and he told me it cannot be obtained. Thank you for any information.

Hello, I would like to ask: we are building a house and will need a gas boiler – it should be wall-hung, connected to a chimney, a combi boiler for instantaneous water heating; there does not need to be a cylinder, and it must be possible to connect it to underfloor heating. The house is in Malinovo, it is a bungalow, and the living area is 96 square metres. The gas connection has been properly installed and is ready for the boiler. We are a family of two. Hello, we can rule out Ferroli and Thermona straight away, as we have little service support for them in Slovakia. The other links are standard brands in Slovakia with good service. I would recommend looking at a Junkers, Protherm or Vaillant boiler. They are practically the best-selling brands in Slovakia.
