The carrier prolongs the delivery of goods by not operating at weekends, which is a disadvantage for people who work; it is also rather expensive, but equally willing to meet the customer's requirements. Good afternoon. On 26.5. I ordered a tap cash on delivery and it arrived on 31.5. However, it was a different model, so I called Mrs Mrázová to ask how to sort it out. She was kind and helpful, apologised and said they would send me the right one at their own expense once I had sent back the tap that had arrived. She sent a van they had nearby so that the driver could take it back and I would not have to pay postage. Today, 6.6., it arrived as a parcel. I paid nothing, for which I am grateful. It just took a little patience, helpfulness, understanding and empathy on both sides.

I am satisfied with the purchase and the related services; handling is prompt and reliable, but the price of courier delivery is too high. With most suppliers the price of courier delivery ranges from 3 to 8 €, regardless of distance. Your price for courier delivery is 13 €, which is several times more than with other suppliers. For large consignments that is understandable, but not for small ones. I assume you focus on bulk buyers, otherwise it cannot be explained.

I bought a Protherm Tiger condens boiler, clearly the best price in Slovakia, delivery within two days, so I am satisfied. It bothers me a little that I was not told about the option of connecting a wireless outdoor temperature sensor; I only found that out from the inspection engineer.

Although the delivery arrived later, the staff kept in touch with me throughout and told me the reason for the delay. So despite the late delivery, I was satisfied with their approach.
