I am interested in buying a condensing combi boiler. I am not convinced the water will be hot enough when a family of 5 is showering. Can anyone confirm or refute this? Will the boiler be able to heat the water sufficiently? Thank you. The retailers have assured me that it will, but you know how it goes.

Hello, I am renovating a house and looking for a supplier of plumbing and heating materials. I have written up the list of materials in xls format and am sending it as an attachment. You have a lot of the items, but there are quite a few that you do not have in the online shop (copper fittings, pipes and so on). If you can supply items other than those in your online shop, please take a look and price them if possible. If it is only what is on the website, I know the prices, but I would welcome some further discount or something else (I do not need a receipt for the cheaper items). Of course I do want a warranty on the boiler, solar equipment and so on. Please think it over; I have sent the enquiry round to other retailers as well, and if you could price the part you are able to source (it does not have to be everything), send it to me at this email address. Of course I would rather buy everything from one supplier in one go, but if you have more attractive prices on some items I can split the order.

Hello, I have received a quotation from an installation company in Komárno for a Viesmann package. Apparently they have some sort of special offer and are giving me a bundle with a 5-year warranty. A boiler with a cylinder plus controls. The boiler type is Vitodnes 100 together with a hot water cylinder that can be connected to solar. The price I was given is 2600Euro. As my house is nearing completion, I need every euro. Can I buy the boiler from the installer? Is it a good price? Thank you for your reply.

Hello, it is hard to answer your question because I do not know what exactly is included in your offer. Whether it also covers the cylinder connection, solar readiness and weather compensation, and other accessories. If you send us the quotation you received, we can give you a lower price. The 5-year warranty applies.
