The plastic invisible edging OZY-board 74 is the tallest model of the innovative garden edgings from OZY and a fresh novelty on the market. Thanks to its unique T-shaped design, it offers excellent lateral stability and high strength. This clever profile easily withstands the pressure of materials even in demanding conditions, when you pour heavy decorative stones or gravel on one side and have grass on the other. The geometry of the edging effectively prevents unwanted bending of the lines.

This model fully replaces massive concrete curbs, eliminating physically demanding handling, transport, and lengthy installation. A huge advantage of polypropylene is that, unlike concrete, it does not absorb or draw natural moisture away from the soil. This prevents the drying out and yellowing of the lawn at the edges, which would otherwise disturb the overall impression of a beautifully designed garden.

Unique construction reinforcement against vertical breaking

This edging is the only model on the market in the category with a height above 7 cm that is specially reinforced up to approximately 3/4 of its total height. The massive reinforcement completely eliminates unwanted vertical breaking and cracking of the profile, which is commonly encountered when testing and comparing other types of edgings of this height available on the market.

A reliable integrated lock connects individual meter-long pieces into a solid and stable strip that holds firmly during shaping of lines and throughout the lifetime of the edging. It withstands soil tension during frost and does not need to be mechanically modified during installation.

Effortless bending and smooth shaping of tall edges

The tall plastic edging OZY-board 74 allows you to effortlessly create elegant design curves, organic waves, or precise circles around garden trees and shrubs. In its original form, the edging is straight and perfectly rigid. However, if you need to create a curve, simply use ordinary garden scissors or pliers to cut the reinforcing plastic ribs on the bottom part of the edging. After this quick step, the profile gains high flexibility, while uncompromisingly maintaining its height stability of 74 mm.

How to properly anchor the plastic edging into soil, gravel, or concrete?

The wide full base of the T-profile allows not only classic installation into the ground but also easy mounting on concrete surfaces or other hard bases. The edging simply needs to be attached by screwing screws through the full base directly into the concrete (we recommend pre-drilling the edging bases with a suitable plastic drill bit before installation).

For standard anchoring into garden soil, the fixing elements are ordered separately, allowing you to determine the exact number according to the layout of your flower beds:

• For straight sections, use 3 nails per meter. The ideal choice is 19cm plastic nails .
• For curved sections, arcs, and waves, apply 4 to 6 nails per meter due to the natural tension of the material at a height of 74 mm.
• For anchoring into extremely hard, rocky, or clay soil, we recommend using massive steel nails with a length of 180 mm .
