This package includes the backup power supply SilverCloud SafePC 650AVR and a Sticky Pad anti-slip mat with a flag motif. The UPS backs up your computer, monitor, router or other small electronics: in the event of a power outage, it switches to the 12 V / 7 Ah battery within 2 to 6 ms, giving you time to calmly save your work. The power output is 600 VA (360 W).
The power supply stabilizes the output using the AVR function to 195–245 V, protects against overload, short circuit, overheating, and excessive battery charging or discharging, and displays the status and charge level via an LCD screen. You can monitor it from your computer using a USB cable and the software included in the package. Two Schuko sockets and two RJ connectors for protection of the fixed telephone line are available.
The Sticky Pad is a reusable anti-slip base: it sticks to your mobile phone or its case and holds it securely on the dashboard. It is also suitable for sunglasses, keys, earbuds or other small items. When the mat loses its stickiness, simply wash it with water and let it dry.
Usage and Limitations
The UPS output is a modified sine wave, so do not use the power supply with pumps, motors or laser printers. With a PC and a 15" monitor, the battery lasts 10 to 20 minutes, and charging takes approximately 12 hours.
