Principles of Handling Your Data
We are the company ATRIA Slovensko s.r.o., with its registered office at P. Mudroňa 5, 010 01 Žilina, Slovak Republic, IČO: 53 430 875.
We operate an online shop on the website www.atria.sk.
We process certain personal data in order to provide our services, sell products and operate our website.
The processing of personal data is governed mainly by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) („GDPR“).
I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form
If you enquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide, mainly through the contact form. These include: first and last name, title, e-mail address, IP address, cookies.
For what reason?
We contact you through them for further agreement regarding the goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations of a contract, or performance of measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 180 days from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the case of purchase
If you purchase from us, we will process the data you provide. These mainly include billing data: first and last name, title, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, date of birth, IP address, cookies.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
During the performance of our service and then for 180 days after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communication)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send out our news.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by ust. § 62(3) of Act No. 351/2011 Coll., on electronic communications, provided you have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
For 3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via e-mail or contact us at e-mail: info@atria.sk.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. Despite this, some companies or other persons will have access to your data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These include:
- the e-shop platform operator Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, IČ 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, entry 2

- companies involved in the processing of payments (GoPay s.r.o., with its registered office at Planá 67, 370 01 Planá, Czech Republic, IČ: 26046768, the company is registered in the Business Register maintained by the Regional Court in Českých Budějoviciach, file no. C/11030)
- emailing service provider (Websupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 12, 821 08 Bratislava, IČO: 36 421 928, the company is registered in the Business Register of the District Court in Bratislava I., Section: Sro, Entry no.: 63270/B)

V. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data
The GDPR Regulation grants you, among other rights, the right to contact us and request information about which of your personal data we process, to request access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or to request the restriction of processing. You may also request a copy of the processed personal data, request the deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27 (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/sk), or to contact a court.
These policies are effective from 25. 05. 2008.
