Sunflex M3.00 is a flexible hose made of softened PVC, with a wall reinforced by polyester fiber. This version has a size of 1" – an inner diameter of 25 mm and an outer diameter of 30.5 mm – and is supplied in a length of 25 m. The transparent green wall allows at least a rough check of whether water is flowing through the hose.

Application

The hose is intended for water transport in gardening, construction, and industry. When selecting the size, please note that with increasing diameter in the M3.00 series, the operating pressure decreases: size 1/2" is designed for 10 kg/cm², 3/4" for 8 kg/cm², 1" for 6 kg/cm², and 5/4" for 5 kg/cm². With a 1" hose, therefore, consider a pressure up to 6 kg/cm².

Installation and Practical Tips

Use fittings and clamps corresponding to size 1" and outer diameter 30.5 mm for connection. Route the hose without sharp bends and do not let the operating pressure reach the burst pressure of 18 kg/cm², at which damage may occur.
