IVAR.T 5012 (code 501176) is a liquid-filled thermostatic head that responds not to the temperature at the valve but to the temperature at its sensor. The sensor is linked to the head by a 2 m capillary, so it can be placed wherever the temperature needs to be monitored. The head screws onto a valve or insert with an M30 × 1.5 connection thread and gradually throttles or opens the flow according to the measured temperature.
