The TYTAN PEX 20 x 3/4" elbow is a 90° compression elbow with an internal thread. It is used to change the direction of the PEX/AL/PEX multi-layer pipe at the corner and to continue with a threaded connection immediately after the bend. The body is made of nickel-plated brass and the product has a 10-year warranty.

Application and Installation

The elbow is used wherever the PEX/AL/PEX pipe turns 90° and continues with a threaded component, for example a valve, immediately after the bend. Before compression, cut the pipe perpendicularly, remove burrs and insert it into the fitting until it reaches the stop. Perform the compression using the tool intended for this system. Seal the thread with suitable sealing material when screwing and do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the brass body.
