Product detailed description
Modul uniTOWER vWL 58/8.2 IS Split plus (two-circuit version) – for 3 and 5 kW heat pumps
VWL 58/8.2 IS (C2) is an internal hydraulic tower (uniTOWER module, generation 8.2, two-circuit version C2) intended for aroTHERM Split plus split heat pumps in applications with two heating circuits (e.g. radiators and floor heating simultaneously).
The uniTOWER VWL 58/8.2 IS module in the two-circuit version (C2) is intended for use with aroTHERM Split plus heat pumps in the 3 and 5 kW power class, where it is necessary to hydraulically separate two heating circuits (e.g. radiators and floor heating) or to connect additional equipment directly into the tower body. It includes a 190 l TÚV tank, a second mixing circuit with its own circulation pump, an expansion vessel and control electronics.

Installation and project notes
The module is installed in a technical room on a flat load-bearing floor. In addition to the standard connection (refrigerant from the outdoor unit, electricity, cold water), it requires connection of a second heating circuit (e.g. a separate floor heating distributor) with a control valve and pump, which are part of the module. Commissioning and setting of both circuits is carried out by a certified Vaillant technician.
Due to its weight and value, the product is classified as an atypical shipment – delivery is carried out by GLS courier (not via PostBox/ParcelShop) and payment is possible only by bank transfer in advance, not by cash on delivery or by online card payment. We recommend to agree the exact delivery and installation date in advance with a certified Vaillant installation partner.
Compatible accessories
Compatible: aroTHERM Split plus outdoor units of corresponding power, sensoCOMFORT 720 controller, myVAILLANT WiFi module, room temperature sensors for individual circuits, mixing valve and pump for the second circuit (integrated), refrigerant piping set.
Frequently asked questions
What is the second (C2) circuit used for?
The second circuit allows two different heating systems in the same house to be controlled separately, for example radiators in one part and floor heating in another, each with its own temperature curve.
Is an additional mixing valve required?
No, the mixing valve and circulation pump for the second circuit are already integrated directly in the uniTOWER C2 module.
Can the module be converted from single-circuit to two-circuit?
No, the choice between single-circuit and two-circuit (C2) versions is made at the time of purchase/project, since it involves a different hydraulic configuration of the module.
Note on technical data
The stated technical parameters are based on publicly available documentation from Vaillant manufacturer (vaillant.sk and related regional pages of the Vaillant Group) and technical data sheets of comparable/neighboring models within the same product range. For binding heating system design, we recommend verifying the current technical data sheet and installation manual for the specific product code directly with the manufacturer or with a certified Vaillant installation partner.
