WITA Delta HE light 40-32-180 – circulation pump
Code: DHEL0004HWProduct detailed description
WITA Delta HE light 40-32-180 is a high-efficiency circulation pump driven by an EC motor with permanent magnets. According to the type designation, it is a version with a maximum head of 4.0 m, DN 32 connection and a mounting length of 180 mm. With a power consumption of only 3 to 23 W, it achieves a flow rate of up to 2,800 l/h and an EEI value ≤ 0.18.
In a typical household, conventional standard pumps account for 10 to 15 % of electricity consumption. The manufacturer states that high-efficiency WITA pumps have approximately 80 % lower energy consumption compared to a standard circulation pump, while the hydraulic performance remains almost the same.
Main Features
- highest efficiency thanks to an EC motor with permanent magnets
- minimum power consumption from 3 W
- eight performance curves selectable with a single touch in the menu: four constant and four proportional characteristics
- pre-set regulation modes – constant speed or variable differential pressure
- Anti-block function to prevent pump blockage
- integrated motor protection, external protection is not required
- high safety at start-up
- easy installation on the pipe thanks to key mounting
Materials and Delivery Scope
WITA uses cast fittings with a cathodic coating and chrome-nickel steel in production – proven materials that ensure high durability and versatility. The pump body is made of grey cast iron with a cathodic coating for mounting lengths of 130 mm and 180 mm, the version with a length of 110 mm is made of brass. The pumps are delivered with thermal insulation jackets, gaskets, connecting plugs or permanently installed cables.

Application and Installation
The pump ensures forced medium circulation in a pipe circuit and is suitable where low electricity consumption is important. The medium can have a temperature of +5 °C to +110 °C, the maximum system pressure is 10 bar and the ambient temperature around the pump can be 0 °C to +40 °C. Before installation, check that the connection and mounting length match the existing piping and pay attention to the flow direction indicated on the body. After installation, the thermal insulation jacket is placed on the pump body to reduce heat losses.
