IVAR.NEOVENT MM 3/4" M (code 502310) is a venting valve that continuously removes air from hydraulic circuits – according to the manufacturer, even down to the level of microbubbles and with very low pressure loss. The deaerated water circulates quietly, reducing the risk of corrosion and mechanical damage, and the system operates in an optimal performance mode. The valve is connected via an external 3/4" thread.

Three operating modes
- automatic – normal operation, the valve automatically discharges accumulated air
- manual – during system filling, the valve must be monitored during this mode
- closed – during pressure testing of the system with air
Installation and maintenance
The valve is suitable for heating, cooling and hot water systems with water or a water-glycol mixture up to 50 %. In order to function correctly, install it vertically into the highest point of the system. Perform the first thorough cleaning with complete disassembly one month after installation, then at least once a year. Before any intervention, allow the water to cool down – hot heating water can cause burns. Flush the system before starting, IVAR recommends treatment with the preparation GEL.LONG LIFE 100.

Which mode should be selected during system filling and pressure testing?
Use the manual mode during filling and keep the valve under supervision. During pressure testing with air, switch it to the closed position. In normal operation, keep it in automatic mode.
How often should the valve be cleaned?
