Bergen Celcia 10 Room Thermostat for Heating

Bergen Celcia 10 on/off room thermostat - the boiler output is adjusted based on the difference between the flow and return lines and the set heating temperature. Once an outdoor temperature sensor is connected to the boiler, the boiler's internal heating curve is used to control it.

Bergen Celcia 10 is a compact controller that gets the best out of your boiler. Thanks to its quickly accessible and clear energy-saving functions, the Celcia 10 is a unique aid for achieving maximum comfort at the lowest possible cost. It goes without saying that the controller is perfectly matched to all Bergen boilers. Whether you use it with the small Bergen Aqua Silver boiler or the more powerful Bergen Master Line, it always ensures the most efficient operation without limiting your comfort. The controller communicates with the boiler using the OpenTherm protocol, and you can run it either as a room thermostat (maintaining room temperature according to the set value) or in weather-compensation mode (determining the heating temperature depending on the outdoor temperature). The most important function of any heating control is to ensure that the temperature in your home always matches your requirements. For the Bergen Celcia 10 this is no problem at all: it adapts to the surrounding conditions itself, so that the required temperature is always maintained.

Simple operation

Despite the many functions the controller has, it is very simple to operate. On the Celcia 10 there is a rotary selector used to switch between the controller's main functions. For the heating program you can use the pre-set configuration, or you can create your own program, which can be entered step by step in a logical sequence within the menu. Besides the heating program, additional functions are available that make it even easier to maintain the required temperature. For example, the “Fireplace” function allows the boiler output to be adjusted when you have a lit fireplace and are enjoying the radiant heat of an open fire. Thanks to automatic switching between summer and winter time, you don't need to worry about reprogramming the controller with every time change. The Celcia 10 handles it on its own. Also, arriving at a heated home after a holiday is a pleasant and easily achievable matter - you simply set the controller to the appropriate number of days during which the house is only economically maintained, and the heating starts before your arrival. And if you actually don't know when you'll be coming back? No problem. By simply expanding the controller with a Gateway module, you can set and check the temperature from your mobile phone or control the controller using a special program from your laptop.
