Calcium and magnesium salts gradually precipitate in the form of microcrystals at higher temperatures and settle on the walls of pipes and heat exchangers, thus reducing flow and heat transfer efficiency. The pump SUPER FLUSH 30 circulates a cleaning agent through the system that dissolves the deposits. A manual flow direction switch allows action on the deposits from both sides, speeding up the cleaning process even in almost completely clogged pipes and heat exchangers.
Model 30 with a 24 l tank is used to flush smaller systems or parts of larger systems with aggressive cleaning agents.

The pump is supplied with 1 l of preparation GEL.LONG LIFE 800 with a strong dispersing and regenerating effect for high content of metal oxides and incrustations in heating systems and 1 l of preparation GEL.LONG LIFE 100, which protects heating systems against corrosion and scale formation.

What is the flow direction switch for?
Alternating the flow direction allows the cleaning solution to act on the deposits from both sides, so they dissolve faster and the released particles break down. SUPER FLUSH 30 has a manual switch.
What preparations are included in the package?

What can be the temperature of the cleaning solution?
Up to 50 °C. After the work is completed, the cleaning agent must not be left in the pump tank.
