Submersible sewage pumps with a grinder are designed for pumping waste water from sewer systems, in both residential and commercial environments. The pumps are certified to the EN 12050-1 standard for waste water. The pumps are suitable for fixed installations with a lifting device, or as portable units when placed on a base directly on the bottom of the tank. Thanks to an efficient cutting system, the pumps are suitable for installation with small-diameter piping. The pumps are designed for fast maintenance thanks to a constructive solution that provides easy access to the main pump components. Automatic versions are available with output up to 1.5 kW. An ATEX version is available for use in explosive atmospheres. (ATEX certification: II2G Ex db k IIB T4 or IEC EX: Ex db IIB T4 Gb). Pump casing and impeller made of cast iron, cutting system made of AISI 630 stainless steel. Motor shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Double mechanical seal - SiC-SiC / SiC-C in an oil chamber, which is not in contact with the pumped liquid, independent of the direction of rotation. The discharge connection is available both flanged and threaded. Single-phase asynchronous motor (version M-A/M-NA) and three-phase motor (version T-NA). The rotor is mounted on grease-lubricated ball bearings. Continuous operation is possible in S1 with the motor fully submerged. Dry running is permitted for a maximum of 10 minutes. Motor winding overheating sensors with an intervention threshold at +130 °C. Cable gland with quick connection, sealed in resin, power cable 07RN8-F. Single-phase version with starter and capacitor in a separate panel, version M-A with a float switch for automatic operation. For three-phase motors, the user is responsible for connecting the overheating sensor.
