The set includes a cleaning pump GEL.BOY C 15 SUPER with a 15 l tank and 10 kg of concentrated preparation GEL.BOILER CLEANER L.Z.. It is used for removing deposits from heating and cooling systems, heat exchangers and pipes: the cleaning solution is circulated in the circuit until the deposits are dissolved.

Why switch the flow direction
Changing the flow direction allows the solution to act on deposits from both sides and breaks up the particles that are released during dissolution. Cleaning is faster and can also handle almost clogged pipes or heat exchangers. It removes lime scale, calcium and silicate deposits, iron and manganese oxides, iron bacteria, as well as organic deposits and algae.
Preparation GEL.BOILER CLEANER L.Z.
Concentrated cleaning liquid with a special zinc inhibitor, which according to the manufacturer does not damage system materials and does not smoke. It is suitable for systems with copper, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, tin, light alloys and galvanized surfaces. The preparation is corrosive, so use protective gloves and goggles according to the safety data sheet during work.
Working with the pump
During cleaning, keep the tank lid open to allow gases to escape. After completion, pour out the solution from the tank and rinse the pump with clean water for at least 10 minutes – never leave the solution in the tank. When moving the pump, lift it, do not drag it along the ground.
