    Online underfloor heating calculator

    The underfloor heating design is based on the following floor build-up:

     

    • System floor insulation board UHP 55
    • Perimeter expansion strip with skirt around the edge of every room, DP50
    • Polybutylene pipe UHP  with oxygen barrier 16*2, PN3, 70°C
    • Stainless steel manifold or manifolds, type FBH-VL-RL, according to the number of circuits.
    • Ball valves 1“x3/4“ for the manifolds.
    • Straight adaptor HX29/22 from the ball valve  for DN22 connecting pipes, type HXX22
    • Guide bends at the manifolds for fixing the pipe in place.
    • Compression fitting RCS16 for securing the pipe to the manifold.
    • Flush-mounted cabinet of the appropriate size for the manifolds.
