Introducing the world's first manifold made entirely of stainless steel.
You will find the range in the stainless steel manifolds category, and the complete system in the underfloor heating category.

More than 10 years of expertise and know-how.
Ten years ago we were the first company to recognise the enormous potential of stainless steel and its use in the manufacture of manifolds.
Millions of our steel manifolds have been put into operation so far, and to date not a single failure of the steel components used has been reported. Thanks to continuous development, the manifold is now in a position to exploit the tremendous advantages stainless steel offers over other materials, even in other key manifold components, and to do so cost-effectively.

Product details:
- Innovative thermostatic valves – with revolutionary functionality and made from high-quality stainless steel 1.4301, X5CrNi
- Flow indicator with memory function – Regolux type to EN 1264-4 – threaded insert made from high-quality stainless steel 1.4301, X5CrNi18-10
- G 3/4 connection fitting with Eurocone – for thermostatic valves and the Regolux flow indicator, made from high-quality stainless steel 1.4301, X5CrNi18-10
- Steel manifold bars – proven manifold bars (the main body) made from high-quality stainless steel 1.4301, X5CrNi18-10
- Development of further stainless steel components – manual air vents and fill and drain valves for the manifold, for example, are currently in development. They will be ready for series production in 2013
Benefits:
- The new stainless steel manifolds, including all integrated components, are notable for their great strength and durability
- Stainless steel offers operational reliability for decades. Stress corrosion occurring during use in heating and cooling installations is therefore practically impossible.
- The stainless steel used, 1.4301, X5CrNi18-10, also guarantees optimum protection against the corrosion caused by aggressive heating water
- This allows use beyond the limits set out in VDI 2035
- Another important feature is the weight saving of up to approx. 80% compared with brass manifolds
- Their price is not affected by speculation on raw material prices on the markets, as is the case with brass, for example
- Stainless steel manifolds have gained worldwide recognition and enjoy a very good reputation as a result
- The latest generation of stainless steel manifolds from 2012 is the safest and best range of manifolds available on the global heating components market, thanks to its excellent functionality as well as its material and specific weight properties
- Protected by intellectual property rights
- Made in Germany
