Calcium and magnesium salts, which form the majority of water hardness, are the main cause of deposits in boilers, heaters, and pipes. WHEELY SOFT is a mobile device that captures them on a special food-grade resin before the water enters the heating circuit. The manufacturer recommends using it when water hardness exceeds approximately 10 – 15 °f.
How to use
The water softener is delivered assembled and ready for immediate use. One reinforced hose is connected from the water supply to the inlet valve, and the second from the outlet valve directly to the filling point of the heating system. After opening the two black valves behind the control valve and the main supply, the system is filled with softened water. The device is intended for use with tap water only – for well or borehole water, please contact the supplier's technical department for approval with the current water analysis.
Regeneration and control
When the capacity is exhausted, the resin is regenerated with a regeneration salt solution (brine), with the output directed to the drain. The remaining brine can be drained using the tap at the bottom and saved for further regeneration. Water hardness at the outlet is checked every two months using a tester (e.g., AV202), and after regeneration, it should be 0 °f. The control unit powered by batteries indicates the time, remaining and overflowed amount of softened water.

Approximately 1 m³ at a water hardness of 20 °dH. The consumed volume is displayed on the water meter in the control unit.
Can I treat well water with it?
The device is intended for tap water only. For well or borehole water, please first contact the supplier's technical department for approval with the current water analysis.
How is the softener regenerated?

How often should I check the water hardness at the outlet?
