The IVAR.SERVOPOHON TV3 actuator, code IVA20317350, operates the 3-way mixing valve in IVAR.TV3-300 boiler modules sized DN 40, DN 50 and DN 65. It is suitable for both heating and air-conditioning systems. A synchronous motor turns the valve stem through 90°, and limit switches stop the drive in the end positions.

Operation and installation
The actuator is maintenance-free, has a clearly visible position indicator and is protected against overload and blocking. If the valve has to be moved by hand, the clutch button disengages the gearbox and the stem is turned with the manual lever – once power returns, the actuator takes over control again. The mounting position can be changed in 90° steps, so the actuator fits most insulation shells.
For the power conductors, the manual specifies a cross-section of at least 0.75 mm² and recommends H05VV-F cable. Wiring may only be done by a person with electrical qualifications, and the actuator must be disconnected from the supply before the cover is opened. For 0–10 V modulating control, version IVA20317351 (IVAR.SERVOPOHON-L, 24 V DC) is intended.
