The thermostat ENGO EPC12HW is used to control the DHW pump. The device activates when the boiler temperature exceeds the set value for the central heating pump. The DHW pump then controls the temperature difference.

The hot water pump starts only when the boiler temperature exceeds the tank temperature by the hysteresis you set yourself. It runs until the boiler and tank temperatures equalize, or until the tank reaches the desired temperature.
