Water Treatment Plant IVAR.ROBUST 3000 MAX with Reverse Osmosis – Flow 150 l/h, 470 × 525 × 405 mm
Code: ESROBUST3000Product detailed description
Demineralized water in larger quantities
IVAR.ROBUST 3000 MAX produces high-quality demineralized water where more of it is needed: for the treatment of technical water, feeding steam boilers, heating and cooling circuits, in gastronomic technology, and in the food and agricultural industries. The water passes through three stages – a granular activated carbon (AC) media, a block of compressed activated carbon (CTO), and finally a pair of reverse osmosis membranes 500 GPD.
Operating data
- flow of treated water 150–160 l/h, feed water 250–300 l/h, concentrate 100–140 l/h
- operating pressure 7–8 bar, inlet water pressure 2–5 bar
- built-in pressure gauges indicate the pump status
- power consumption 120 W, 230 V / 50 Hz, protection rating IP 54
- connection 3/8", weight 25 kg
Installation and service
The device must be connected to a gravity drainage system and to a 230 V socket within the cable's reach; leave at least 300 mm of working space around it. The packaging includes an installation kit, connecting hose, and mounting keys. It can be mounted by a local installation company, but it must be put into operation by an authorized company – otherwise the right to warranty repairs is lost. Prefilters are replaced after 40,000 l, at the latest once every 3 months; RO membranes after 80,000 l, at the latest once a year (replacement membrane ESCSV3012500ECO).

Frequently asked questions
What is the IVAR.ROBUST 3000 MAX used for?
For the production of high-quality demineralized water – for example, technical water, water for feeding steam boilers, for heating and cooling circuits, or for gastronomic and food industry operations.
Can I put the unit into operation myself?
It can be installed by a local installation company, but putting it into operation must be done by an authorized company. Without this, the user loses the right to warranty repairs.
How often are the filters and membranes changed?
Prefilters and subsequent filtration after 40,000 l of treated water, at the latest once every 3 months; RO membranes after 80,000 l, at the latest once a year. Intervals may be shorter with poorer feed water quality.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
