    • When is a water/water heat pump preferable to a ground/water one? If groundwater with sufficient yield is available (a well), water/water pumps achieve higher and more stable efficiency than ground or air pumps, since groundwater temperature stays almost constant throughout the year.
    • What series do you offer? IVAR.HP WW LEGEND, WW ATLAS and WW CALIBRA ECO, including DUO versions with a built-in domestic hot water tank and the COOL version with cooling capability.
    • Is a permit required for groundwater extraction? Yes, both extraction and discharge are subject to water authority permits - check the requirements with the relevant authority before implementation.
