IVAR.NEOVENT LHF 1" F (code 502327) is an air vent with magnet and filter screen for horizontal connection with a 1" female thread. The filter cartridge sets the flowing water into a vortex in which microbubbles are released. These cling to the structure of the cartridge, gradually grow and finally rise to the upper NEOVENT M valve, which releases them. De-aerated water circulates quietly and the system is less exposed to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Installation
The best location is after the heat source on the suction side of the pump, where most microbubbles form. The body must always stand vertically and the pipe connections must be horizontal; observe the flow direction marked by the arrow on the body.
Maintenance
Before inspection or cleaning, switch off the heat source, close the ball valves upstream and downstream of the unit and wait for it to cool – hot water can cause burns. During the heating season, remove the magnet every three months and open the drain valve for a few seconds to flush settled dirt out of the settling chamber. Carry out complete disassembly with rinsing of the filter screen under running water for the first time one month after installation and then at least every six months.
Flush the system before commissioning – IVAR recommends treatment with GEL.LONG LIFE 100.
