    DAB.KVC,KVCX - vertical multistage pumps

    DAB KVC and KVCX vertical multistage centrifugal pumps have suction and discharge ports in line, which makes them easy to fit into pipework for water pressure boosting. Single-phase models carry the letter M in their name, three-phase models the letter T, and the individual types differ in flow rate and head.

    VERTICAL MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

    DAB.KVC, DAB.KVCX
     

    Technopolymer base casing with suction and delivery ports fitted with metal threaded inserts, IN-LINE design, with drain. Fully corrosion-free hydraulic parts: technopolymer impellers, diffusers and diffuser housings; suction rings, pump casing and seal housing made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Carbon-ceramic mechanical seal seals the AISI 303 stainless steel drive shaft.

    • Asynchronous, enclosed motor cooled by external ventilation
    • Single-phase motors with built-in thermal protection and permanently connected capacitor
    • Operating range from 50 to 200 l/min with head up to 113 m
    • For the three-phase motor, overload protection must be installed in accordance with applicable standards
    • Protection class: IP55
    • Insulation class: F
    • Manufactured according to standards: CEI 2-3 and CEI 61-69 (EN 60335 – 2 – 41)
    • Liquid temperature range: from 0 °C to + 35 °C for domestic use (per EN 60335 – 2 – 41)
      from 0 °C to + 40 °C for other uses
    • Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid particles and mineral oils, non-viscous, non-crystallizing, chemically neutral, with properties close to water
