Note: It is dosed in a 0.5% concentration for the volume of water in the heating system (i.e. 0.5 liters for every 100 liters of water in the heating system).

Common questions

• How often should the filter/filter insert be replaced or cleaned? The interval depends on the quality of the incoming water and the intensity of use - we recommend regular visual inspection and cleaning/replacement according to the manufacturer's instructions, or when a noticeable drop in flow is observed.
• Where is the filter installed? Usually on the main water supply to the building, before sensitive equipment (boiler, plumbing system) so that it protects the entire downstream system from impurities.
• Must the installation be performed by a specialist? Connecting to the water supply is recommended to be done by a plumber, especially if it requires interrupting the existing piping.
