- How often does the filter/filter cartridge need to be changed or cleaned? The interval depends on the quality of the incoming water and how intensively it is used - we recommend regular visual inspection and cleaning/replacement according to the manufacturer's instructions, or whenever flow noticeably drops.
- Where is the filter installed? Usually on the main water supply into the building, ahead of sensitive equipment (boiler, water system), so it protects the entire downstream system from impurities.
- Does installation have to be carried out by a professional? We recommend having the connection to the water system carried out by a plumber, especially if it requires cutting into the existing pipework.

Tisztelettel érdeklődöm, hogy ez a csereizzó kizárólag az IVA.HA365 jelű készülékhez alkalmas-e, vagy esetleg más típusú UV-s vízkezelő egységbe is behelyezhető megfelelő eredménnyel?

Ez a lámpa konkrétan az IVA.HA365 modellhez lett gyártva, más készülékbe nem ajánlanám – az UV-lámpáknál a teljesítmény és a méret nagyon típusfüggő, és ha nem stimmel, nem dolgozik rendesen. Ha más modellhez keres cserelámpát, érdemes megnézni a többi UV-lámpa kiegészítő között, ott több változat is megtalálható.
