Reverse osmosis water treatment unit IVAR.ROBUST 3000 MAX – flow 150 l/h, 470 × 525 × 405 mm
Code: ESROBUST3000Product detailed description
Demineralised water in larger quantities
IVAR.ROBUST 3000 MAX produces high-quality demineralised water where more of it is needed: treatment of process water, feeding steam boilers, heating and cooling circuits, catering equipment, and the food industry and agriculture. Water passes through three stages – a filling of granular activated carbon (AC), a pressed activated carbon block (CTO) and finally two 500 GPD reverse osmosis membranes.
Operating data
- treated water flow 150–160 l/h, feed water 250–300 l/h, concentrate 100–140 l/h
- operating pressure 7–8 bar, inlet water pressure 2–5 bar
- built-in pressure gauges show the pump status
- power input 120 W, 230 V / 50 Hz, protection rating IP 54
- connection 3/8", weight 25 kg
Installation and service
The unit must be connected to a gravity drain and to a 230 V socket within reach of the cable; leave at least 300 mm of handling space around it. The installation kit, connecting hose and mounting keys are included. A local installer may fit it, but commissioning must be carried out by an authorised company – otherwise the right to warranty repairs is lost. Pre-filters are changed after 40 000 l and at least every 3 months, RO membranes after 80 000 l and at least once a year (replacement membrane ESCSV3012500ECO).

Frequently asked questions
What is the IVAR.ROBUST 3000 MAX used for?
For producing high-quality demineralised water – for example process water, steam boiler feed water, water for heating and cooling circuits, or for catering and food businesses.
Can I commission the unit myself?
A local installer may fit it, but commissioning must be carried out by an authorised company. Otherwise the user loses the right to warranty repairs.
How often are the filters and membranes changed?
Pre-filters and post-filtration after 40 000 l of treated water, at least every 3 months; RO membranes after 80 000 l, at least once a year. With poorer feed water the intervals may be shorter.

IVAR designs, develops and manufactures highly energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems. We have over 10,000 catalogue items - mass-produced products and unique items - in addition to customised systems and combinations of complex products. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Vision
To make life easier for our clients, our clients' customers and our employees, thanks to our ability to be constantly innovative.
Mission
To design and manufacture advanced hydronic solutions that reduce installation complexity and energy consumption.
“Made in Italy” adds value
IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
Know How
Research, development and numerous laboratory tests guarantee that our clients’ requests can be translated into new high-efficiency products.
The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati. Our continuous implementation of projects under the Industry 4.0 initiative also allows us to take full advantage of new releases in technology and IT to improve our manufacturing efficiency.
As a company, IVAR is constantly evolving. Every day, we invest in strengthening our products, in improving our production processes and in attaining new patents and certifications.
