    Thermia ground-to-water heat pumps extract heat from a borehole or a horizontal ground collector via an antifreeze fluid and heat the heating water up to 65 °C. The range extends from compact LEGEND, CALIBRA E and ATLAS units, mostly with a built-in 184 l stainless steel hot water tank, to MEGA S, M and L with an output of up to 59 kW.

    • Which lines of ground source heat pumps do you offer? IVAR.HP BW LEGEND, BW ATLAS, BW CALIBRA (including ECO and DUO versions) and the industrial IVAR.HP MEGA with output up to 59 kW.
    • Do I need a borehole or is a horizontal collector enough? Both are possible, the choice depends on the available plot area and geological conditions - the design of the ground collector/borehole is handled separately by the installation company.
    • What is the difference between the DUO and standard version? The DUO version includes a built-in domestic hot water tank in the same cabinet as the pump, saving space in the boiler room.
