Wireless programmable thermostat

Enjoy maximum thermal comfort and control of heating and cooling at home or in the office. The thermostat allows reliable control of heating and cooling systems and programming of up to six temperature changes per day. It fully adapts to your lifestyle throughout the year. Thanks to its wireless design, you can easily change the reference room. Among the advantages are backlit display, simple operation, temperature setting from 5 °C to 35 °C, and Holiday and Lock functions. You can connect a boiler that supports OpenTherm communication, as well as standard switching via a switching contact (relay)

Temperature control

The thermostat monitors the ideal temperature for you, ensuring comfort without costly and unhealthy temperature shocks. Set your desired temperature from 5 °C to 35 °C in 0.5 °C steps. The thermostat measures the current room temperature from 0 °C to 40 °C with an accuracy of 0.1 °C. Frost protection prevents damage to the heating system from freezing in buildings that are not regularly heated during winter.

OpenTherm communication support

You can connect the thermostat to a boiler that supports OpenTherm communication. The advantage is that you can regulate the boiler's output not only based on the room temperature, but also based on the water temperature in the system and other variables. Switching is performed using OT, as well as via a relay. Most thermostats have either only an OT output or a relay output. Emos P5606OT and P5616OT thermostats have both outputs for connecting to a boiler.

Clear and backlit display

The display is clear and brightly backlit, making thermostat operation simple and intuitive. Thanks to large digits on the display, you can easily read the current and set temperature or program the heating schedule. Backlighting allows you to operate the thermostat even in the dark or under low lighting conditions.

Child lock

Do you manage an apartment or a guesthouse? You don't have to worry about tampering with the set heating or cooling value. The lock function can "lock" the thermostat and ensure 100% control by allowing operation of the thermostat only after entering a double security code known only to you. The Lock function thus also serves well as a child lock.

Programming and intelligent features

The thermostat allows programming up to 6 different user temperatures per day, giving you the ideal temperature according to your needs and preferences. The temperature calibration based on another reference thermometer ensures that you set the temperature exactly as you are used to. Using the Holiday mode, you can set a constant temperature for a longer period of time.

Wireless connection with a range of up to 100 meters

Communication between the switching and control unit is wireless with a range of 100 m and allows use of the thermostat in larger spaces - family homes, apartments, and offices. The signal is transmitted via radio signals at a frequency of 868 MHz. The functionality of the connection is verified by a test on the switching unit. The maximum range of 100 m applies to open spaces. In indoor areas, the range may be reduced due to walls or other obstacles in the signal path.

Powered by 2× AA batteries

The wireless thermostat is powered by two 1.5 V AA batteries. A battery level indicator will notify you when the batteries need to be replaced. The batteries are included in the package, along with two screws and two wall plugs required for mounting the thermostat on the wall.
