Without reliable measurement, heating is adjusted only by estimation. In this category you will find digital thermometers and hygrometers EMOS with wired and wireless sensors, home weather stations with weather forecasts and replacement sensors for them. The hygrometer will show you whether you are approaching the limit at which mold begins to form, while the external sensor will indicate when it makes sense to reduce heating.
Weather stations GoSmart with WiFi send measured values to your mobile phone and can be connected to other EMOS devices – for example, to a thermostatic head or a switching socket. Simpler models operate independently, on batteries, and all you need to do is place them on a shelf.

During the heating season, it is recommended to keep it between 40 and 60 %. Below 40 %, mucous membranes dry out; above 60 %, with cold walls, condensation and mold may occur.
Where to place the outdoor sensor?
On the north or shaded side of the house, out of direct sunlight and rain, ideally under a canopy. In the sun, it may show up to ten degrees higher.
Can a sensor be purchased separately for an older weather station?
Yes, replacement sensors are available separately. The sensor must be compatible with the specific station model, which you will find in the product name.
