No boiler of ordinary output intended for houses and other residential buildings comes with additional accessories. For example, a circulation pump, boiler control, room thermostat for the boiler, various valves, etc. All these small items are ordered separately. We always check every order to make sure the size and the intended use are right.

Good afternoon, can this actuator, which I currently have on a three-way valve, be used on a 4-way ARA 661 230V? Thank you
-
Good afternoon. Which product exactly do you mean, please? Have a nice day.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer your question. Have a nice day.

Good afternoon, I would like to ask whether a solid fuel boiler can be connected with some kind of flexible hoses so that I do not have to re-weld the flanges. Thank you
-
Good afternoon. We offer this flexible pipe: https://www.atria.sk/potrubie-pex-al-pex-20-x-2/. However, only metal should be used on the boiler. Have a nice day.

Good afternoon. We have bought an old house, about 50 years old, with two floors. The ground floor is stone and the upper floor is brick. The house has an area of 123 m3. It is not insulated yet; the windows have been replaced and the roof is insulated. We would like a solid fuel (wood) boiler there. We have chosen the BUDERUS Logano G211-26 D, 24 kW boiler and a 160 L Tatramat or Dražice combined water heater. I would therefore like to ask whether the boiler was a good choice, given that we want a combined water heater, and what else we will need to connect up the whole heating system. Thank you for your early reply.
-
Good afternoon. Basically, when it comes to a solid fuel boiler, there is not much to choose between them; they are all at essentially the same level, and the same controller, i.e. thermostat, can be connected to all of them. You will just need to buy a control unit as well, https://www.atria.sk/regulacia-adex-comfort-12/, which will control the heating of the hot water cylinder, communication with the room thermostat in the room and the boiler return protection. Have a nice day.
-
Good afternoon, I would like to ask which control unit I will need for the given heating circuit, to control the 4-way valve, the heating circuit pump, return temperature sensing and the timers. Thank you for your reply, Vokaty
-
Good afternoon. Here you will find all the controls designed for this type of use: https://www.navio.cz/vytapeci-technika/pokojove-termostaty-a-regulace/termostaty-cerpadla-a-kotelny/. For example, the Adex comfort 12 controls the whole system, and a thermostat and, for instance, an outdoor sensor can also be connected to it. The Adex midi, on the other hand, is only for controlling the boiler circuit. Have a nice day

Good afternoon, I would like an Atmos gasification boiler or similar for a new-build house, but I do not know what output I need; I have about 120m2 of floor area. Thank you.
-
Good afternoon. As a general rule, a 10 kW boiler is needed per 100 square metres. So you can buy a boiler of about 14 kW. Have a nice day
-
Good afternoon, which manufacturer's brand does the Protherm Bobor use for draught control? Thank you
-
Good afternoon, unfortunately we are unable to answer this. Have a nice day.
-
What kind of water heater is shown in your diagram for heating with a wood and coal boiler? Or which one would you recommend?
-
Good afternoon. I would like to ask whether it is possible to connect a solid fuel stove directly using multilayer composite pipe. By that I mean reducing the flange and running the pipe straight from the stove in multilayer pipe. My concern is whether the pipe will withstand the temperature of the water leaving the boiler and also whether the heat from the chimney would harm it. Thank you
-
Good afternoon. It is possible, but we do not recommend it, as the boiler circuit should be made of metal so that the pipe does not melt. Have a nice day
-
Good afternoon, I would like to ask why the safety valve is on the return and not on the boiler outlet, and what the non-return valve bypassing the return pump is for. Thank you
-
Good afternoon. I need some advice: I want a solid fuel boiler (wood, coal) with multilayer composite pipework, and I also want a circulation pump, but in the event of a power cut I want it to work by gravity. Is that possible?
-
Good afternoon, because the pipes are so narrow the water will not circulate on its own, so you will need a pump; you can choose one at the following address, for example: https://www.atria.sk/vykurovacia-technika/cerpadla-pre-vykurovanie/aquart/
-
Please, I need to know the price of a circulation pump, a boiler control and a room thermostat for the boiler; everything is for a solid fuel boiler
-
Good afternoon, as a circulation pump we recommend, for example, the following product: https://www.atria.sk/aquart-25-4-130/ and a suitable room thermostat could be this one, for instance: https://www.atria.sk/salus-eurotemp-091fl/ The price is shown with the products.

Good afternoon. I would like to ask whether it is possible to buy from you, or "somewhere", a control unit (control panel) for boilers with a feeder (pellets, wood chips). I only need to buy the control panel, not a complete set with burner and so on. Thank you
-
Good afternoon. As this is a spare part and we do not stock those, we recommend that you contact a service engineer in your area. Kind regards
-
Thank you

Good afternoon, I am gathering information about boilers and your offer for the Protherm Bobor 20DLO boiler caught my interest. I would like more information about this product, mainly the boiler dimensions plus the price, and also the accessories for the boiler, roughly what I would need, and then the total price for everything :) Thank you, I will wait for your reply
-
Good afternoon, you will find more information in the details published online at https://www.atria.sk/protherm-bobor-20dlo/, or the complete technical specifications at https://www.atria.sk/protherm-bobor-20dlo/#files. Have a nice day.

Good afternoon, I would like to ask your advice about a boiler for heating and domestic hot water (DHW). At present we have a Protherm boiler that is about 8 years old and another, a Quantum, for heating DHW. I would like to ask whether it is worthwhile replacing a boiler after 8 years with a condensing one. With the Quantum in particular, I think efficiency has been reduced by limescale.
-
Good afternoon, we are interested in a solid fuel boiler but cannot make up our minds. We are specifically considering the Viadrus Hercules U26 but cannot decide between the 4-section and the 5-section version. We have a single-storey detached house with an attic and 13 radiators; the house is insulated and has PVC windows. At the moment it runs on a Protherm Lev 24kW condensing gas boiler. The pipework is multilayer composite and the radiators are 22VK. Thank you for your advice. Staňo

Good afternoon, unfortunately I cannot give you responsible advice on this, as we have withdrawn all solid fuel boilers from sale. Have a nice day

Good afternoon, I would like to ask whether you could draw up a quotation for a complete boiler room, that is: an Atmos DC 25 S boiler, Ladomat 21, cooling loop valve, 1500 L buffer tank + insulation, a pump group, a 200L, 3bar expansion vessel and a 160 L wall-hung water heater. I am a layman and am copying this from another quotation. + delivery to Liptovský Mikuláš. Thank you.
-
Good afternoon, unfortunately we do not prepare quotations; all the material can be found in the e-shop. Have a nice day.
-
Could you tell me where you are based, please, and whether collection in person is also possible, or delivery by courier, and what the difference in price is between collection in person and courier? Thank you.
-
Good afternoon, collection in person is possible only after the order has been placed and confirmed by us. There is no difference in price; you simply will not pay for delivery.

Good afternoon, I would like to ask about an overpressure safety device. What does it look like, do you offer it and what is it for? Thank you
-
I am not quite sure which overpressure device you mean. A safety valve https://www.atria.sk/kurenie-profesionalne-ivar/regulacne-a-poistne-armatury/poistne-ventily/ , or an expansion vessel https://www.atria.sk/expanzne-nadoby/ ??? Well, the latter compensates for the pressure in the system: when the water heats up, its volume increases. The safety valve, in turn, releases excess pressure that can sometimes be dangerous.
-
Good afternoon, I would like to ask: we are going to replace the water heater at home because we think the old one is now mixing the water with the heating circuit, as lately I have often had to top up the water in the radiators, and for the third time it was not heating right at the top, on the third floor. The house is about 26 years old and there are no pumps, as was usual in those days. Would it be better to fit a non-return valve with a valve before the water heater, or is a two-way valve enough? Note that the water heater will be a combined one. Thank you
-
Good afternoon. I must admit I did not understand the question at all. But if it is leaking into the cylinder, then the cylinder clearly needs replacing. There is no need to use any non-return valve or three-way valve there. It is connected to the boiler circuit.
-
Aha, OK, thank you... I have one more question: we have an unused well at home and are connected to the mains water supply. We used to use the well, but because of a shortage of water we connected to the mains; there is still water in the well, though, for watering the garden and so on. So I want to connect both the mains water and the well for drinking and service water, so that I can switch between them in the boiler room: when I want water from the well I shut off the mains, and when I want mains water I close the supply from the well. I want to control the water this way in the boiler room. The mains water we use has no pump, it flows under its own pressure, but for the well I want to buy a pump and a suction strainer; I just do not know whether I will also need a pressure tank, because when we used to draw water from the well we had a Darling, and now I do not know whether a pump without a tank will be enough for the well, or one with a tank. And I do not know where to put the valve for the mains water; I cannot put it after the pump, because the pump will be drawing water from the well, and the pump (a domestic waterworks, I mean) must not switch on if mains water is pushing against it, so I will place the mains water valve before the pump. I do not know whether you have understood any of this, but at least roughly. Thank you
-
Good afternoon. Well, I have to say I did not understand it at all :) You will have to put it more simply, because this is too much for us.
-
You must have laughed at those sentences, heheh, but it is hard to explain like this: I simply want to set up a domestic waterworks, I want to pump water from the well and use mains water too, but I have already consulted a chap who owns a plumbing, heating and gas shop. Thank you, hehehe
-
Water from a well must not under any circumstances be mixed with mains water; the systems must be separate. Otherwise the mains water can become contaminated and cause serious problems for other mains water consumers as well
