Compatibility

Will the thermostat work with my boiler?

If the boiler has terminals for a room thermostat, yes. For OpenTherm models, the boiler must have an OT bus. The list of terminals can be found in the boiler manual.

Can the EMOS thermostat be used for cooling as well?

Several models have a switch for heating and cooling mode, so they can also control air conditioning with the appropriate input.

Operation

How often do the batteries need to be changed?

In thermostats, once a season to two years, in heads and detectors usually once a year. The device always reports a weak battery in advance.

I have lost the signal between the thermostat and the receiver.

Try to pair them again according to the instructions and place the receiver outside the metal distribution box. The range in a standard house is up to 30 meters through two walls.

What is the warranty?

The legal warranty of 24 months applies to all EMOS products. The purchase confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail together with the invoice.

How quickly do you deliver the goods?

The goods are in stock with the supplier, we usually ship within a few working days. The exact availability is visible for each product.

Do you also have other EMOS products?

We carry the heating part in our online store. If you need other EMOS products, for example lighting or extenders, please write to us and we will prepare a quotation for you.
